Co- Owner & Head of Operations

With more than 20 years combined work experience which started in Finance, Carly has led a successful career that has demonstrated her ability to succeed while wearing many hats. She is not only effective in understanding the client’s perspective but most importantly she is a respected mentor, leader, manager & sought-after team member.

Eddie

Senior Manager & Team Lead

Eddie joined the team in 2012. He has evolved into one of our most dynamic leaders. He is prudent manger whose leadership skills are adept at motivating others, delegating tasks according to the skills and ability allowing our mentorship program to continually evolve with each members skillset. He guides our team with strategic direction while simultaneously fostering our culture of excellence, innovation, and growth.

Andres & Mark

As the face of our off-site crew, Andres and Mark expertly install films for our Flat Glass division. Their time management skills, sound decision-making and judgement skills, eye for detail and ability to work under pressure make them invaluable to us. They are positive, polite, and competent problem-solvers who are always striving to be innovative while evolving their skillset as technology progresses.
